Having done my clinical training in both clinical and school settings has allowed me the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds as well as age groups. I speak Punjabi fluently and have worked extensively with The South Asian/Indian Community. Being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist allows me to work with client’s short term or long term depending on what the client’s needs are.
My therapeutic experiences include: working with children, adolescent, adults and families in both private practice as well as in school settings. Some areas of concern I have worked with clients include: co-parenting, depression, anxiety, academic concerns, life transitions, acculturation, grief and loss; social skills, self-esteem and relationship issues.
